Back in 2025, Franco Sesa and Erol Uenala found themselves standing alone in the wreckage. Their Oath Of Cranes bandmates had shifted focus, leaving the duo holding the torch while others chased different priorities. But you can’t kill a creative fire that burns this hot.
What began as a simple songwriting session to keep the Cranes flying quickly spiraled into something far more predatory. As the riffs got darker and the atmosphere grew suffocatingly dense, the realization hit like a concrete slab: this wasn’t an album for an old project. This was a different beast entirely.
The music demanded its own identity—something heavier and more uncompromising. From the core of those sessions, a new album took shape, and Inlitnm(9)nt aka Inlitnment was dragged screaming into the light. The cranes are gone; the enlightenment has begun.
The album that started this all is called «Spiritual Warfare» and it’s getting released on Čachtice Records June 19 2026.

Think your brain is melting trying to parse that name? Welcome to Inlitnm(9)nt (or just Inlitnment if you’re short on RAM). Yeah, it’s the phonetic riff on «enlightenment,» and honestly, in a scene where most band logos look like a pile of electrified twigs, you’ll manage.
Inlitnm(9)nt isn’t just another project; it’s a resurrection. Rising from the scorched remains of Oath Of Cranes, the band sees Franco Sesa and Erol Uenala—half of the final, crushing incarnation of Celtic Frost—reuniting to craft something truly monolithic.
They say good things come to those who wait, but in the world of heavy music, the best things are forged in patience and persistence.
After tracking their debut «Spiritual Warfare,» as a duo, Erol and Franco have finally hunted down the missing pieces of their sonic puzzle.
The search is over, and the ranks are filled. Joining the fray are two formidable talents: Oli Keller, who steps up to handle both Vocals and Guitars, and Danis Kelesidis, the new anchor on Bass.
With a full-strength squad now locked in, the duo’s studio vision has evolved into a living, breathing wrecking crew. The warfare just got a lot more spiritual—and a whole lot louder.
